M. Bradley Winges has stepped into the role of president and CEO at Hilltop Securities Inc., taking over from Hill A. Feinberg, who continues as chairman.

Previously, Winges was associated with Piper Jaffray, holding the position of senior executive managing director and being a key figure in the company’s leadership. He will be based at the HilltopSecurities’ main office in Dallas, Texas. Winges holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Winges has previously served two terms as the chairman of the Bond Dealers of America (BDA) board of directors. He currently holds positions on the board’s executive committee and is the co-chair of the BDA’s Fixed Income Market Structure Working Group. Additionally, he’s a founding member of the American Securities Association and was nominated to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee (FIMSAC) the previous year.
