Brad Winges, after serving 28 years in leadership positions at Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis, officially became the new chief executive of Hilltop Securities in Dallas on Feb. 20. As he introduces himself to Hilltop’s employees, he’s also reacquainting the company with the bond, banking, insurance, and mortgage sectors. The previous CEO, Hill Feinberg, who will retire as chairman on June 30, spearheaded the search for his successor and will continue as chairman emeritus.
