Hilltop Securities Inc. has expanded its Fixed Income Capital Markets team in Memphis by hiring over a dozen professionals, including a specialized Small Business Administration (SBA) trading and securitization team. This expansion makes the Memphis location one of the company’s largest Fixed Income Capital Markets offices. Brad Winges, the CEO of HilltopSecurities, mentioned that this move is part of a broader strategy to grow their fixed income business. The firm also recently added Todd Story in Austin, Texas, and SBA Trading and Securitization professionals Carl Stimmel, Mike White, and Zack Bishop. Stimmel will lead SBA Business Development, while White and Bishop will jointly lead the SBA trading and securitization initiative.
